Lacerta Elite 10x56 Waterproof Roof Prism Binoculars

The Lacerta ELITE 10x56 nitrogen filled waterproof roof prism binoculars are the optimal twilight instruments.

They are robust, but sturdy (waterproof, shockproof and nitrogen filled), and despite all of that, they only wiegh 895 grams, one of the lightest twilight glasses in this size of optical instruments.

The optics are crystal clear, with pleasantly low distortion and good edge sharpness. The lenses and prisms are multi-coated and offer excellent transmission. Fully suitable for glasses wearers, the field of view is large: feels like looking through wide field binoculars.

The rubber armored housing is shockproof and waterproof. Thanks to nitrogen filling, there is no chance for dewing up. Focusing is done by a central focusing screw. A possible diopter difference between the eyes of the observer can be compensated for up to +/- 5 diopters.

The Lacerta Elite binoculars are absolutely at the level of well-known brand models from the multiple price segment, you get high quality at an affordable price!

Area of application OUTDOOR

It is a typical twilight glass, which shows its strength shortly after sunset and before sunrise. But it also does good service at night - whether on the hunting ground, in the starry sky or on the outskirts - you will enjoy the glass! During the day, the 56mm lens diameter may seem a little exaggerated, but that's why the viewing behavior is much more pleasant than with smaller binoculars.

Area of application ASTRONOMY: ideal for a Messier Marathon

The Messier Marathon is THE "sport" of amateur astronomers! The goal: One should look for all 110 (or as many of them as possible) foggy objects, which the most famous comet hunter Charles Messier discovered "on the side" in a single night. The best time for this is between mid-March to mid-April, just before or after the new moon. The traditional Messier Marathon requires you to manually visit the objects at the honor of the French astronomer! GoTo counts as cheating! A watchlist like this one is essential!
