This headset, weighing only 70 grams, allows hands-free operation of the WideBino28, thus the ultimative experience of the starry sky is further intensified. You totally forget that you are looking through binoculars and can fully concentrate on the high brightness of the WideBinos. Simply turn your head for the ultimative experience, both hands stay free.
We have tried and found it very useful. We even used it at a convention where we were sitting at the furthest possible distance at the back of the hall and we could not read any of the text on the screen without these binos... then we put this on (with the optional WideBino28 installed, of course) and suddenly everything was clear as if we were sitting in few meters from the screen. Of course, we would recommend these goggles with the WideBino28 first of all for stargazing, but no one said you cannot use your imagination and use it for whatever situations need a closer look at things...Obviously, don't use it whilst driving, walking or cycling, etc...we won't take any responsibility for any damage or injury resulted from it, so be reasonable. ;o)
Bear in mind that you will have to precisely setup the binos on the goggles, i.e. you eyes will have to be perfectly aligned with the eyepieces for the best experience.
