QuikFinder Compact Reflex Sight from Rigel Systems
Perfect for binoculars & small and large telescopes
Makes starhopping easy
Pulsed reticle (standard feature!)

The Rigel Quik Finder is one of the best red dot finders on the market and works very similarly to the famous Telrad finder. The Rigel QuikFinder is recommended mainly for smaller telescopes where there is just not enough space to install a Telrad finder. Due to its small footprint, it is likely that you'll still leave your original magnifying finder scope on the telescope and use it in conjunction with the Rigel Quik Finder.

  • Small size and weight (very small footprint on the telescope)
  • Wide-open right-side-up view makes aiming your telescope easy
  • Projects 1/2 and 2 degree red circles onto the night sky in focus with the stars - what you see in the red circles is what you get in your telescope.
  • Pulsed or continuous illumination of reticle - a standard feature on QuikFinder.
  • Compact design lets you use both eyes
  • The included two baseplates lets you use it on two telescopes. Easy clip-on / clip-off mounting to baseplate (no screws to fumble with).

Other Features
Rrugged construction, an ultra-efficient LED and lithium battery (included) for long life. QuikFinder attaches without drilling and is easily removed from its baseplate for storage.
Additional baseplates are available for using QuikFinder on more than one telescope.
Baseplate is 2.5 inches long, 2 inches wide and 1/2 inch high.
Quikfinder is 4.5 inches tall, 1.4 inches square.

Read the following excellent article about the Rigel QuikFinder and Telrad Finder. We sell both products and we believe that both products are very good, but one might suit some better than the other, so here is a non-biased opinion from So King Yan Oldfield:
