Photo and Rotation adapter with T2 connection and 2" Filter Thread
ROTeT2 - Part of the Lacerta Rotation System

This adapter will allow rotation of your camera when attached to a Newtonian or Dobsonian telescope.
You would also need FUF543 (unless you already have something similar).

This adapter is particularly useful for astrophotography applications when focus cannot be achieved by the original Crayford focuser without modification (usually on Newtonian and Dobsonian telescopes).

This item also helped us to achieve focus when we used a Celestron 102mm refractor (f/5) with a Scopium Herschel Wedge. This screws directly into the Scopium Herschel Wedge and is compatible with the visual back of the telescope when we removed the original 1.25" eyepiece holder.

Optical length: 1.0mm-1.5mm
By replacing the original 2" nosepiece holder (optical length: 48.8mm) by the optional FUF543 adapter you will gain about 38.8-38.9mm back focus. This helps focusing as well to get rid of vignetting when taking photos with dSLR cameras.
