HaloTech STONEHENGE Watch - CLEARANCE
WE HAVE LIMITED STOCK AT THIS GREAT DISCOUNTED PRICEHaloTechTM Stonehenge Watch for Astronomers and Scientists, and not only!
"Stonehenge" is a six thousand year old mystery thought by many to represent the first example of astro-technology. The location correlates with the rising and setting points of the Sun and Moon to anticipate astronomical phenomena, solstices and the timing of lunar events.
The back of the watch is engraved with Leonardo da Vinci's duodecendron elevatus vacuus - a study of solid geometry, used as a basis for both architecture design and lenses to study the night sky and a quotation by Plato, the famous Greek philosopher:
"Astronomy compels the soul to look upward and leads us from this world to another"
The dial of this wonderful watch springs to life in 3D when pusher is activated. This is a modern version of the 19th Century art form of lithophanes - carved porcelain sheets that, when lit, deliver astoundingly detailed images. This watch, specially designed for astronomers and those amazed by historical places such as Stonehenge, features 3D dial and LED light with afterglow effect.
