18 mm Super Planetary Long Eye Relief Eyepiece

We have of course tested these planetary eyepieces and compared them to other planetary eyepieces. With these eyepieces excellent image quality can be reached even at high magnifications and they are virtually free of reflection. We have particularly liked the 20 mm eye relief without kidney bean effect! You can keep your head not very rigidly, to maintain the ideal blinking position. A good point for observations with or without glasses!

These are identical to other planetary eyepieces that come with a brand name. We can import the same eyepieces but without brand name on them to offer very good value. We guarantee the same optical design, lens material and anti-reflective coating, which you are accustomed to from the originals.

- Focal lengths available: 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12.5mm, 14.5mm and 18mm

- Field of view: 55 - 60 degrees

- Excellent contrast and edge sharpness

- Long eye relief (20mm) with no kidney bean effect, and large exit pupil diameter.

We might have few of these eyepieces with this older look, otherwise we'll usually supply the one with silver body and with green strip.
